How to Book a Private Event
- Booking Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of $50-$200 is required to secure your date. This deposit will be applied to the Host’s or a guest’s services. Your date is not confirmed until the full deposit is made.
- Minimum Requirements: Weekend events (May–December) require a minimum of 6-8 services or $400 in total sales. If total purchases exceed $500, the Host will receive a special gift!
- Travel Fees: A $25-$50 travel fee applies for locations over 20 miles from our base.
- Summer Events: Due to high demand, we strongly recommend booking no later than March for summer weekend events.
Payment Options for Your Guests
We offer flexible payment arrangements to suit your event:
- Host Pays for All Guests – A tab is kept, and payment is due at the end of the event.
- Host Covers the Deposit – Guests pay individually for their purchases.
- Host Covers a Set Amount Per Guest – Example: The Host covers the cost of one bracelet per guest. Any upgrades are paid for by the guest.
- Host Provides Vouchers – Example: Each guest gets $20 off their purchase, with the Host covering the difference at the end of the event.
Event Set-Up & Experience
We provide a full professional setup to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Indoor Setup: Requires an 8x6 ft space for our 4 ft jewelry table. Additional space is needed if you’d like to include our handmade jewelry display for guests to browse while they wait.
- Outdoor Setup: A flat, 10x10 ft space is required for our covered tent. If no covered space is available, please let us know in advance.
Adding our handmade jewelry collection is highly recommended for larger gatherings to keep guests engaged while waiting for their permanent jewelry service. There is no extra fee for this add-on—just additional setup time.
Cancellations & Policies
- Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another date or converted into website credit.
- At least 2 weeks' notice is required for cancellations. Alternative dates are subject to availability.
- Inclement Weather: If an event is canceled due to weather, deposits will be credited for future use. If you have an indoor backup plan, please let us know.
