Custom orders are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will work to find a solution, including a replacement if the damaged item is returned.

β We offer custom jewelry when we are not in peak season. Contact us to check availability.

πΉ The final payment is due upon completion, and the order will not ship until paid in full.

β We use high-quality metals and gemstones:
β Sterling silver, gold-filled, and 10-14K solid gold (all nickel-free & lead-free)
β Custom pieces can be made in solid gold
β Pearls of the highest quality (top 1% in the world!)

β Yes! We ship internationally to most regions.
