✅ Custom orders are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
✅ If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will work to find a solution, including a replacement if the damaged item is returned.
💍 Do you offer custom jewelry?
➝ We offer custom jewelry when we are not in peak season. Contact us to check availability.
🔹 Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront.
🔹 The final payment is due upon completion, and the order will not ship until paid in full.

✨ What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
➝ We use high-quality metals and gemstones:
✔ Sterling silver, gold-filled, and 10-14K solid gold (all nickel-free & lead-free)
✔ Custom pieces can be made in solid gold
✔ Pearls of the highest quality (top 1% in the world!)
🌎 Do you offer international shipping?
➝ Yes! We ship internationally to most regions.

➝ We do not currently offer a warranty. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your jewelry breaks, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to find a solution. Most jewelry can be repaired.
