Clean with soft polishing cloth. Wash with gentle soap and warm water as needed. Be extra careful when washing rings - it is best to plug drain or use mesh strainer to prevent them from falling down drain. Always dry thoroughly and store in a safe place. Take off before exercising, showering, sleeping, and swimming to prolong life.
